The world
Omeyocan is the only map Sunday Market has ever had. It has had no reset in that time, and it came through the July 2026 move to a new host intact, so everything built since launch is still standing.
Minecraft 26.3 pushed the border out to 15,000 blocks from spawn, adding about 5,000 blocks of brand-new land in every direction. Inside the old border, land nobody had ever visited was regenerated, and everything players had built on or explored stayed exactly as it was.
The new ground mixes Terralith, Blooming Biosphere and CliffTree biomes on the same steep terrain, with mangrove swamps, dappled forests and sulfur caves. Down there, a sulfur cube absorbs the block you hold, and that block changes how it moves.
Days last 55 minutes and nights last 5, so most of an evening on the server happens in daylight. The live map shows how far players have pushed out from spawn.

Travel
Build paths, rails, portals and waystones into the world. Some routes cost materials; others take a first trip on foot or grow from repeated travel.
Craft a Strange Rune around an emerald, carry it to the spot you want to arrive at, then sneak and right-click to ignite it. At a crafting table, surround the lit rune with eight obsidian to make a Strange Block. Place that block at home and click it, and about ten seconds later you land where the rune was lit. Each jump costs 3 hunger and stays inside one dimension.
Craft a waystone and name it in an anvil before placing it. Open any waystone to choose a visible stop. Public stones can appear on your list without a visit; Discover stones appear after you open them in person. Owners can also keep a stop private or share it with selected players.
Why Sunday Market
You mine, build, farm and fight the way Minecraft already works. Everything the server adds lives inside that world, as blocks you place and creatures you put to work. You won't find a class menu, a skill tree or a lobby minigame.
Crossplay
Java and Bedrock players share the same builds, chat, economy and world. Bedrock players join with their own Bedrock identity and don't need a Java account. Their names carry a leading dot, like .YourName, so they never clash with a Java name.
As of September 2026, 19 of the 31 accounts that have joined are Bedrock players.
Wards
Buy a ward block with coins from /ward shop and place it in your build. The area around it becomes your claim, and other players can't break or build inside it. Add the people you trust with /ward addmember.
Spawn has its own protection: a square 401 blocks on each side around 0, 0, with PvP switched off.
Work Orders
Craft a Work Order, right-click a copper golem while holding it, then tap the pickup container and the drop-off. The golem takes the job and talks you through each step in a speech bubble.
Caravans
Recruit pack llamas into a caravan and they follow you in a spaced line. Each llama earns three saddlebag slots per hour you play, up to 90. Record a depot and keep at least two pack llamas following. Once their bags pass 80% full, they can send cargo home while you keep mining.
Put a red carpet on a llama and it stands guard, spitting at hostile mobs within 12 blocks.

/shop create. Customers right-click to buy and left-click to sell, and you can run up to five stalls.
18+ community
Sunday Market is 18+, and adults talk like adults here, so swearing and crude humor are fine. Slurs, harassment and doxxing are not, and PvP needs consent.
The server would rather grow slowly with players who like each other than fill up overnight.
House rules
Staff roll back griefing, and a cheat like X-ray earns a permanent ban on the first offence.

Yes. There is no whitelist: add the address and join. The server has 20 player slots.

No. Every system runs on the server, so an unmodified Java or Bedrock client can join.
Claims use Wards. Buy a ward block from /ward shop, place it, and the area around it is yours: other players can't break or build there. Add members with /ward addmember.

No. Breaking, burning or taking what another player built or stored is griefing, even when the build has no Ward. Minor griefing gets a warning and a rollback the first time; major griefing gets a 7-day ban and a rollback.

You earn coins by playing. Each action has a chance to pay out, weighted by how rare or valuable it is in vanilla terms. You spend coins on things like Wards and trade with other players through a trade window both sides confirm.
